Commission considers online disciplinary records

The Florida Bar News reports (7/15/2005) that the Special Commission on Lawyer Regulation is considering the recommendation that all bar disciplinary records be placed online. Other states (e.g. Delaware, Iowa) make similar data available online, but so far Florida does not. At this time, Florida bar disciplinary information is made available by phone request.
