Capital Collateral Regional Counsels

Looking for the phone numbers of the Capital Collateral Regional Counsels? They're listed in the 2003-2004 Criminal Justice Directory with the public defenders. There are three regional offices. The Captial Collateral Regional Counsels program provides legal representation "to defendants under sentence of death who have exhausted their direct appeals and who seek to challenge the sentence on other grounds;" (Source: FGAR profile) .
